يُحفظ تقدّمك على جهازك ويُحذف عند حذف التطبيق. لا تحتاج اللعبة إلى أي حساب، ولا تطلب اسمك أو بريدك الإلكتروني أو جهات اتصالك أو صورك أو موقعك الدقيق.

لكي تعمل اللعبة جيدًا ولنطوّرها، تستخدم اللعبة خدمة فايربيس من جوجل: خدمة التحليلات تحسب كيف تُلعب اللعبة (مثل الأقسام التي يصل إليها اللاعبون والأزرار التي يستخدمونها)، وخدمة تقارير الأعطال ترسل تقريرًا إذا توقفت اللعبة فجأة. تشمل هذه البيانات تفاصيل تقنية مثل طراز الجهاز ونظام التشغيل وإصدار اللعبة ورقمًا عشوائيًا خاصًا بهذا التثبيت ومنطقتك التقريبية (الدولة) المستنتجة من عنوان الإنترنت. ولا ترتبط هذه البيانات بهويتك.

تعرض اللعبة إعلانات عبر خدمة آد موب من جوجل: فيديوهات اختيارية تشاهدها مقابل مكافأة، وإعلانات قصيرة بملء الشاشة في لحظات الهدوء. ولعرض الإعلانات وقياسها قد تتلقى جوجل بيانات تقنية مثل عنوان الإنترنت ونوع الجهاز وتفاعلك مع الإعلانات. لا تتتبعك اللعبة عبر تطبيقات الشركات الأخرى أو مواقعها، ولا تطلب إذن التتبع من آبل، لذلك لا تُخصَّص الإعلانات على آيفون بمعرّف الإعلانات. وحيث يشترط القانون موافقتك (كما في أوروبا والمملكة المتحدة) نطلبها منك أولًا، وإلا تبقى الإعلانات متوقفة.

«إزالة الإعلانات» شراء لمرة واحدة يزيل الإعلانات بملء الشاشة، وتبقى فيديوهات المكافآت الاختيارية متاحة لك. تتولى آبل أو جوجل عملية الدفع بالكامل، ولا ترى اللعبة بيانات الدفع أبدًا. ويعيد زر «استعادة المشتريات» في الإعدادات هذا الشراء على أي جهاز جديد.

مدة الاحتفاظ بالبيانات: تحتفظ خدمة التحليلات ببيانات الاستخدام مدة أقصاها 14 شهرًا، وتحتفظ خدمة تقارير الأعطال بالتقارير 90 يومًا، وتحتفظ جوجل ببيانات الإعلانات وفق سياساتها. ويبقى تقدّمك في اللعبة على جهازك حتى تحذف التطبيق.

حذف بياناتك والتراجع عن موافقتك: هذه البيانات غير مرتبطة باسمك أو بريدك الإلكتروني، لذلك لا يمكن البحث عنها بهما. حذف التطبيق يعيد تعيين رقم التثبيت العشوائي، ثم تنتهي البيانات المتبقية وفق المدد المذكورة أعلاه. ولأي طلب يخص بياناتك راسلنا على البريد المذكور أدناه أو من زر «الدعم» في إعدادات اللعبة. لا توجد موافقة تتبّع تسحبها على آيفون لأن اللعبة لا تتتبعك. وعلى أندرويد تظهر خيارات الموافقة على الإعلانات من جوجل من جديد عند إعادة تثبيت التطبيق أو مسح بياناته، حيث يشترط القانون ذلك.

تتعامل جوجل مع هذه البيانات وفق شروطها معنا (في فايربيس بصفتها مزوّد خدمة لنا، وفي آد موب وفق شروطها الإعلانية)، وهي شروط تُلزمها بحمايتها بمستوى لا يقل عن هذه السياسة، وتنطبق سياسة خصوصية جوجل على البيانات التي تتلقاها.

اللعبة موجّهة لجمهور عام، ولا نجمع عن قصد أي معلومات شخصية من الأطفال.

Kabsa Restaurant – Privacy Policy

Your progress is saved on your device and is removed when you delete the app. The game needs no account, and it never asks for your name, e-mail, contacts, photos or precise location.

To keep the game working and to improve it, the game uses Google Firebase. Analytics counts how the game is played (for example, which areas players reach and which buttons they use), and Crashlytics sends a report if the game crashes. This includes technical details such as the device model, operating system, game version, a random ID for this installation and your approximate region (country), worked out from your IP address. It is not linked to your identity.

The game shows ads through Google AdMob: optional videos you can watch for a reward, and short full-screen ads at quiet moments. To show and measure ads, Google may receive technical data such as your IP address, device type and how you interact with ads. The game does not track you across other companies' apps or websites and does not ask for Apple's tracking permission, so on iPhone ads are not personalised with your advertising identifier. Where the law requires your consent (for example in Europe and the UK), you are asked first, or the ads stay off.

"No Ads" is a one-time purchase that removes the full-screen ads; the optional reward videos stay available to you. Apple or Google handle the payment entirely, and the game never sees your payment details. Restore Purchases in Settings brings the purchase back on a new device.

How long data is kept: Firebase Analytics keeps usage data for up to 14 months, Crashlytics keeps crash reports for 90 days, and Google keeps advertising data under its own policies. Your progress stays on your device until you delete the app.

Deleting your data and changing your mind: this data is not linked to your name or e-mail, so it cannot be looked up by them. Deleting the app resets its random installation ID, and what is left then expires on the schedule above. For any request about your data, write to alazwarieng@gmail.com. On iPhone there is no tracking consent to withdraw, because the game does not track you. On Android, reinstalling the app or clearing its data shows Google's ad-consent choices again where the law requires them.

Google handles this data under its terms with us (for Firebase as our service provider, for AdMob under Google's advertising terms), which require it to protect the data at least as well as this policy does. Google's privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.

The game is made for a general audience, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
